ASSIGNING A STATUS VIA SURVEYS
Site Admin, Study Admin Permissions Required to access Study Settings
Users with Site Admin or Study Admin permissions can configure a survey to automatically assign participants to a specific Status upon survey completion. This is done by adding a hidden Dropdown question to the survey, linking it to the Status survey variable, and setting a default Status value. Once saved, participants who complete the survey will be assigned the selected Status automatically. If participants need to be assigned different Statuses based on their survey responses, use Inclusion Criteria to manage the Status assignment logic.
