Locked Account & Password Reset
How do I unlock my account?
For security reasons, the EnrollNow team cannot unlock individual user accounts. If you are locked out of your account, please contact a Site Admin affiliated with your EnrollNow instance for assistance.
First Steps
Before requesting help from your Site Admin, please review the following:
Confirm you are accessing the correct URL for your lab
Make sure you are using the correct EnrollNow login link for your organization.
New User?
Ensure that an enrollment invitation has been sent to your email address. Do not attempt to enroll in EnrollNow without receiving and using the official invitation.
Invitations must be accepted within 3 days.
Previously Enrolled?
Confirm that the user has completed the enrollment process. Verify that:

The email address used is correct

You are accessing the correct URL for your EnrollNow site
Exceeded Login Attempts or Forgot Your Password?

Click the Forgot Password button on the login screen.

Follow the instructions in the password reset email from EnrollNow.

Click the link in the email and create a new password.

Log in with your updated credentials.
Be sure to check both your Inbox and SPAM/Junk folders for the reset email.
If you are still unable to reset your password, please contact your Site Admin for assistance.

How a Site Admin Can Unlock Your Account

Navigate to the Site Admin tab.

Select the Users module.

Click on the user’s name.

Scroll to the bottom of the User Card.

Click Unlock Account.


For Site Admins
If you are a Site Admin and cannot access your own account, try the following steps:
Use the “Forgot Password” Feature
On the login screen, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Contact Another Site Admin
If the password reset does not work and another Site Admin exists on your site, they may be able to unlock your account.
Still Locked Out?
If neither option resolves the issue, please contact the EnrollNow Support team for further assistance.
Password Reset for SSO Users
If your EnrollNow site is configured with Single Sign-On (SSO), standard password reset options will not apply.
To reset access for a user, please contact the EnrollNow Support team at help@enrollnow.io and include the user’s details in your request and note that your site has an SSO configured. Our team will assist with resetting access and ensuring the user can log in successfully.
