NAVIGATING BETWEEN STUDIES WITHIN ENROLLNOW

Managing Multiple Studies

EnrollNow enables research teams to efficiently manage multiple studies within a single platform. Users can easily navigate between studies based on their assigned permissions.

Switching Between Studies

To move between studies within EnrollNow:

  1. Click the Select Study button or the current study name displayed in the navigation tab.
  2. A dropdown list of available studies will appear.
  3. Select the desired study to switch views instantly.

Identifying the Current Study

The active study is displayed in the study tab at the top of the platform.

  • Example: If you are working in Dose, that study name will appear in the tab.
  • This helps ensure you are viewing and updating the correct study at all times.

Study Access and Permissions

Access to studies is permission-based:

  • Only studies you have been granted access to will appear in your dropdown list.
  • A Site Admin or Site Manager must assign study-level permissions for a study to be visible.
  • If a study is not listed, you may need to request access from your administrator.

Searching for a Study

If you have access to a large number of studies, EnrollNow provides a search feature to streamline navigation.

How to Use the Search Bar

  1. Click the current study name to open the dropdown list.
  2. If you have access to more than 10 studies, a search bar will appear at the top.
  3. Begin typing the study name or keywords to filter results.
  4. Select the desired study to switch to it.
