Navigation Bar Overview

The Navigation Bar is located at the top of your EnrollNow site. It provides access to different areas of the platform and allows users to move between studies.

The tabs and buttons displayed in the Navigation Bar depend on each user’s site-level role and permissions. Users only see the studies and features they are authorized to access.

Functions of the Navigation Bar Tabs for All Users

All EnrollNow users have access to the following options.

Home

Select the Home icon to open your personal dashboard.

The dashboard provides an overview of Events and Tasks assigned to you that are due today across all studies you can access.

When a Task has a due date but no assigned user, it appears on the Home dashboard of all users with access to that study. This helps ensure that unassigned Tasks are not overlooked.

Reports and Report Builder

Reports and Report Builder are also available under the Home button in the EnrollNow navigation bar.

The Reports section allows users to view and analyze reports a user has created or that other users have shared with them. Report Builder provides tools for creating customized reports using selected data fields, filters, and display options.

Users can only access reporting data from studies for which they have the appropriate permissions. For more information about creating, saving, sharing, and managing reports, see the related reporting article.

Select Study

Select Select Study to view a dropdown list of the studies you can access.

Studies for which you do not have permission are not displayed anywhere in EnrollNow.

When you have access to more than 10 studies, a search field appears at the top of the study list. Use the search field to quickly locate and open a specific study.

External Website Link

URL Labels provide study staff with quick access to frequently used external resources directly from the EnrollNow study header. In the screenshot, EnrollNow's webpage was entered as the URL. Teams can link to SOPs, EDC or CTMS platforms, external surveys, study landing pages, shared documents, and other study-related websites.

When selected, a URL Label is located to the right of Add Study + and opens the linked resource in a new browser window, allowing staff to access important tools without interrupting their EnrollNow workflow. Instructions on how to create a URL Label can be found in this article.
