For the best performance and most reliable experience, we recommend using Google Chrome when accessing EnrollNow.
Although EnrollNow may also be accessed through other browsers, including Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, certain features may not perform as consistently outside of Chrome.
Why Google Chrome Is Recommended
EnrollNow is primarily developed and tested using Google Chrome. Using Chrome helps provide:
- Faster page and feature loading
- More consistent report generation
- Fewer unexpected display or interface issues
- Reliable performance of calendar integrations
- Full functionality of drag-and-drop tools and other interactive components
For the best results, we also recommend keeping Chrome updated to the latest available version.
Using Other Browsers
You may access EnrollNow using Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. However, you may experience issues such as:
- Reports failing to load or populate
- Slower page responsiveness
- Unexpected display or formatting issues
- Buttons, menus, or pop-up windows not responding as expected
- Limited functionality within certain interactive tools
If you experience an issue while using another browser, try completing the same action in Google Chrome before contacting the EnrollNow Support team. This can help determine whether the issue is browser-related.
Institutions with Browser Restrictions
Some institutions restrict which browsers may be installed or used on organization-managed devices. For example, an institution may only allow Safari on an iPad or another approved browser on a managed computer.
If Google Chrome is not available on the device you use to access EnrollNow, contact your institution’s IT department to request that Chrome be installed or approved.
