Sites are associated with Recruitment Sources, allowing teams to organize recruitment locations under broader categories and gain a more detailed understanding of where participants are coming from. Using Recruitment Sites can help your team: - Identify which recruitment locations or partners are generating the most participants. - Compare enrollment performance across clinics, offices, schools, or community organizations. - Evaluate which locations are contributing to eligible and enrolled participants. - Monitor recruitment activity using the Study Dashboard and Report Builder. - Make informed decisions about where to focus future recruitment efforts. Recruitment Sites are optional and can be configured based on your study's recruitment activities and reporting needs. ### Understanding Recruitment Sites A Recruitment Site identifies a specific location, organization, or recruitment partner associated with a Recruitment Source. Common examples of Recruitment Sites include: - Dr. A Clinic - Dr. B Clinic - Main Campus Neurology Clinic - South County Clinic - Local Community Center - Partner School - Research Registry Database Each Recruitment Site belongs to a Recruitment Source, which represents the broader category of where participants originate. For example: | **Recruitment Source** | **Recruitment Site** | | --- | --- | | Clinics | Dr. A Clinic | | Clinics | Dr. B Clinic | | Community Outreach | Local Community Center | | Existing Registry | Research Registry Database | In this example, **Clinics** is the Recruitment Source, while **Dr. A Clinic** and **Dr. B Clinic** are individual Sites associated with that Source. This structure allows your team to track recruitment activity at both the broader Source level and the more specific Site level. ### Creating Recruitment Sites Recruitment Sites are configured individually for each study in EnrollNow. Before adding a Site, you must have an existing Recruitment Source or create a new one. To create a Recruitment Site: 1. Navigate to the **Recruitment Tab**. 2. Choose **Sources** from the drop-down. 3. Select an existing Recruitment Source or create a new Source. 4. Click Add the New Site under the appropriate Source. 5. Save your changes. Repeat these steps to add additional Sites as needed. **Important:** Every Recruitment Site must be associated with a Recruitment Source.
