Site Admin Permission Level
The Site Admin tab provides access to site-wide administrative settings and tools in EnrollNow.
Only users with Site Admin permissions can see or access this tab. Because changes made in Site Admin may affect multiple studies or users across the site, access should be limited to team members responsible for managing the organization’s EnrollNow environment.
From the Site Admin page, you can access the following sections:
Studies
Use the Studies section to view and manage studies available on your EnrollNow site.
Site Administrators can review study details, search or filter the study list, edit available study information, and archive studies that are no longer active.
Users
Use the Users section to manage user accounts and site-level access. More information on how to manage users can be found in this article.
Site Administrators are able to add users, review account information, update site-level permissions, add users to studies and manage access to EnrollNow.
Study-level permissions are generally managed on each line.
Import
Use the Import section to add participant or other supported data to EnrollNow in bulk.
Imports allow Site Administrators to upload structured data using an approved import template. Files should be reviewed carefully before import to confirm that column headings, values, and formatting match the required EnrollNow fields.
Export
Use the Export section to create and manage site-level data exports.
Site Administrators can select the information they need, configure export settings, and download the resulting data. Frequently used export configurations may also be saved for future use.
Audit Log
Use the Audit Log to review recorded activity within the EnrollNow site.
The Audit Log can help administrators investigate changes, review user actions, and support organizational oversight or compliance requirements.
Security
Use the Security section to manage available site-wide security settings for log-ins, passwords and inactivity settings. More information about security settings can be found in this article.
Changes made in this area may affect how users access EnrollNow or how security-related behavior is applied across the site. Review all settings carefully before saving changes.
General Settings
Use General Settings to manage the standardized text response option.
This setting applies more broadly across the EnrollNow site rather than to one individual study.
EnrollNow Version
The current version of your EnrollNow platform is displayed in the lower-left corner of the Site Admin page. This version number can be helpful when reviewing release notes or working with EnrollNow Support to troubleshoot an issue.

Changes made from the Site Admin tab may affect multiple users, studies, or records. Before making significant changes, confirm that the update aligns with your organization’s procedures and study requirements.
