Troubleshooting Access to EnrollNow Website & Support Pages
The transition to the EnrollNow name may affect website access for some institutions. In certain cases, institutional network security settings may not yet recognize EnrollNow-branded domains, which can prevent users from accessing the EnrollNow website, support pages, or other online resources. If you are unable to access an EnrollNow webpage, work with your organization’s IT department to review its website filtering and security settings.
Website Whitelisting
Website whitelisting is the process of maintaining a list of approved websites, domains, or email addresses that are permitted through an organization’s security settings, firewall, or web filters.
If your organization uses a whitelist, ask your IT department to add the EnrollNow-branded websites and domains to its approved list. This allows your network to recognize the EnrollNow resources as trusted and permit access.
Website Blacklisting
Website blacklisting is the process of maintaining a list of websites or domains that are blocked by an organization’s security settings, firewall, or web filters.
If your organization uses a blacklist, ask your IT department to confirm that the EnrollNow-branded websites and domains are not included on the blocked list.
