Understanding EnrollNow's Audit Log
The EnrollNow Audit Log allows Site Admins to review user activity related to participant profile cards. It records actions such as creating, viewing, and modifying participant records, providing visibility into:
- Who performed an action
- What action was performed
- Which participant record was affected
- When the action occurred
This information can help Site Admins understand user workflows, investigate data changes, and troubleshoot participant record issues.
For example, the Audit Log can identify the user who changed a participant’s status and the date and time the change occurred.
What the Audit Log Tracks
Each entry in the Audit Log includes the following six key pieces of information:
User: The EnrollNow user who performed the action.
Action: The type of activity performed, such as Created, Modified, Deleted or Viewed.
Participant: The participant whose profile was affected.
Field Modified: The participant field that was changed, when applicable.
Study: The study in which the action occurred.
Timestamp: The date and time the action occurred.
