# Dashboard:  Weekly Recruitment

The Weekly Recruitment section helps you understand how enrollment is progressing over time and predicts future outcomes based on current performance. This section is essential for identifying trends, evaluating recruitment momentum, and determining whether your study is on track to meet its enrollment goals.

### What This Section Shows

This section helps you:

- Track weekly recruitment activity
- Identify enrollment trends over time
- Estimate how long it will take to reach your goal
- Predict final enrollment outcomes

#### **Required Setup**

To ensure accurate forecasting, confirm the following are configured:

**Study Settings → Details**

- Active Recruitment Start Date
- Active Recruitment End Date

**Study Settings → Requirements**

- Sample Size (N)

#### **Weekly Recruitment Trend**

This chart visualizes how participants are added over time.

- **Cumulative View:**  
  Shows total participants added over the duration of the study
- **Non-Cumulative View:**  
  Displays the number of participants added each week

**How to Use:**

#### **Projected Weeks to Completion**

Estimates the number of weeks required to reach your enrollment goal.

- Based on current recruitment pace

#### **Estimated Completion Date**

Predicts when your study will reach full enrollment.

- Calculated using: 
    - Current enrollment rate
    - Remaining participants needed

**How to Use:**

- Communicate expected completion to stakeholders

#### **Projected Total Enrollment**

Forecasts how many participants will be enrolled by the end of your recruitment period.

- Based on current trends and enrollment pace
- Helps determine if you are likely to:

    - Exceed your target
