Exporting Logs (Comments, Contacts, Email, Text)
Each participant’s profile card includes a Log Section that tracks key interactions and records. The logs are categorized into four sections: Contacts, Emails, Consents, and Comments.

Log Categories & Functions

Contacts Log
- Records all interactions with a participant, including in-person visits, phone calls, and other contact points.
- Used for tracking communication history across the team.

Email Log
- Enables the sending of direct, one-way emails to participants.
- Maintains a record of all emails sent through this system.

Consent Log
- Tracks and stores all collected consent records from participants.
- Ensures compliance and documentation of participant permissions.

Comment Log
- Allows team members to add notes and comments following participant visits or interactions.
- Facilitates internal communication and record-keeping.
Exporting Logs
Site Administrators can export participant logs and related data using the Export Tool in the Site Admin area.
Accessing the Export Tool
- Go to Site Admin.
- Go to Export.
- Select New Export Config.
- Choose the source of the data you want to export:

Select a specific study to export study-level participant data and logs.

Select Global Data Only to export global information stored in the Registry.

Review the available variables and select the participant fields and logs you want included in the export.

Available selections include:
- Global ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birthdate
- Comments Log
- Contact Log
- Email Log
- Consent Log

- Review your selected variables.
- Click Download.
- EnrollNow will generate an CSV file containing the selected data for participants in the chosen study or Registry.

Open the downloaded CSV file and confirm that it includes the expected participant fields and log information.
Each selected variable or log will appear in the exported spreadsheet according to the available data for each participant.
Important Considerations
- The export includes only the variables and logs selected during configuration.
- When Global Data Only is selected, the export includes global data and does not include study-specific information.
- Review the exported file for completeness and accuracy before using or sharing the data.
- Exported files may contain sensitive participant information. Store and share them according to your organization’s privacy and security policies.
