Add Global ID to Daily Digest Emails (RI-6357)

The Participant Global ID is now included in Daily Digest emails, making it easier to identify and reference participants at a glance.

Filter for Unassigned Study Events (RI-6352)

You can now filter for study events that are not assigned to anyone on the Calendar page, allowing for better oversight and task management.

Filter for Unassigned Tasks (RI-6352)

Similarly, you can now filter for unassigned tasks on both the Calendar and Tasks pages, making it easier to identify work that needs ownership.

Default Participant Card Resize View (RI-6368)

Previously released as a beta, the resizable Participant Card is now the default experience for all studies.

  • The toggle has been removed

  • The feature is always available

  • All users can now adjust the view for more flexible participant management

User and Timestamp in Comments Log Export (RI-6383)

We’ve enhanced the Comments Log export to improve traceability. It now includes:

  • The name of the user who made each comment

  • A timestamp of when each comment was added

  • The last updated date for the log

These updates provide clearer context for audit trails and internal reviews.

Bug Fix:  Tags Converted to Lowercase (RI-6064)

Fixed an issue where tags added via survey or import were being automatically converted to lowercase. Tags now retain their original formatting as entered.

Bug Fix: Contacts Export Column Order  (RI-6361)

We resolved an issue where participant contacts were not consistently appearing in the correct column order when exported. Now, exported contact information will match the order displayed on the Participant Card, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Bug Fix: Survey Default Values Not Displaying in Participant View (RI-6388)

We resolved an issue where surveys completed from within a participant’s profile were not properly displaying default values configured through logic. These default values now appear as expected, ensuring a consistent experience across all survey entry points.

Bug Fix: Duplicate Rows in Reports with Custom Variables Across Multiple Studies (RI-6427)

Resolved an issue in the Custom Report Builder where participants with custom variables across multiple studies could appear as duplicate rows. This has been corrected for accurate data representation.
