Improved Protection of Blinded Variables (RI-6929, RI-7044, RI-6928)

Information in global and study-specific variables marked as BLIND is now hidden from non-admin users throughout EnrollNow, including in the Potential Participants and Enrolled Participants tables and the Report Builder.

Blinded global variables are no longer available as Registry filter options. Users without Study Admin permissions can no longer sort or filter reports using blinded variables.

More Efficient Email and Text Processing (RI-6635)

Optimized daily email and text message processing to use fewer resources, reducing the impact on site performance.

Participant Profiles Stay in Place When Adding Event Comments (RI-7007)

Fixed an issue where adding a comment to an event caused the participant profile to scroll unexpectedly. The profile now stays in place so you can continue working without losing your position.

Study Imports Save Participant Fields Correctly (RI-7043, SR-865)

Fixed an issue where some data fields did not save when importing participants who already existed in the Registry into a study. This fix applies to imports completed through both the EnrollNow application and the API.

Completed Events Use the Current Date (RI-7042)

Fixed an issue where completing an event with an Expected Date and Expected Window recorded the expected date instead of the actual completion date and time. The Completed Date/Time now reflects when the event was marked complete, eliminating the need for staff to correct it manually.
